Communicate what’s at stake in your community by taking three simple actions:

Tweet @ your MP
Use the super simple New/Mode tool to tweet directly at your MP and key policymakers about #WhatsAtStake. How will the community be affected by a loss of your services? 

Email your MP 
Extend your reach: consider sending an email to your MP, using this sample letter. Imagine Canada is here to help. Email them anytime (publicpolicy@imaginecanada.ca) for additional outreach support.

Connect with local media
If you have connections to local media outlets, now is the time to activate them. If you don’t – now is the time to get connected. Reach out to tell them your story of community impact, and how crucial it is for nonprofits to be supported through the COVID-19 recovery. Let them know how your community depends on your services.
