The Toronto Foundation has launched a new, 10-minute survey to better understand how charities and nonprofits are coping with the COVID-19 pandemic and what they need to succeed going forward. The survey is a follow-up to the 2020 Toronto Nonprofit Survey, and will allow the Toronto Foundation to track responses over time. The findings will be used to inform a COVID-themed Vital Signs Report. This survey is intended for staff, volunteers, and/or board members at charities and nonprofits with substantial operations in Toronto. It is not intended for foundations whose primary purpose is to fund other charities. The survey is open to both organizations that are currently operating and those that have shut down.
