The AFP Golden Horseshoe (Ontario) New to the Profession Scholarship offers a unique opportunity to fast-track your learning and expertise, plus grow your network as a fundraising professional.
The 2025 scholarship is presented in partnership with Gowling WLG and will include:
- Free one year AFP Golden Horseshoe membership sponsored by Gowling WLG
- Complimentary registration to three AFP Golden Horseshoe Educational Series events sponsored by the AFP Golden Horseshoe Chapter
- Opportunity for individual “meet and greet” sessions with the AFP Board Member(s)
- Opportunity to connect with Gwenyth Stadig (scholarship sponsor) for a “meet and greet”
- Offering of “Charity Law” webinar to AFP GH Members – NEW!
Criteria
- Must be employed as a fundraising professional
- Must have less than five years of experience as a fundraising professional
NOT available to anyone who received a bursary or scholarship from AFP Golden Horseshoe in the last calendar year.
