The Sexual Misconduct Support and Resource Centre announced an open call for applications for the Community Support for Sexual Misconduct Survivors Grant Program. The Program broadens the availability of support services to those affected by sexual misconduct in the defence community and strengthens collaboration between community-based organizations and the Department of National Defence and Canadian Armed Forces service providers. The Program provides those affected by sexual misconduct with access to a broad range of culturally competent, confidential, specialized care, and support services.
Grant Details:
- One-time project grants: up to $50,000
- Recurrent grants: up to $75,000 annually for two to three years
- Application deadline: October 17, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time
- Funding anticipated to start fiscal year 2026-2027
