The Registered Nurses’ Association of Ontario announced a call for applications for the Nursing Now Ontario Awards 2026. The annual awards recognize a nurse practitioner (NP), registered nurse (RN) and registered practical nurse (RPN) who demonstrate the qualities of an exceptional nurse: high professional standards and an evidence-based compassionate practice.

The Nursing Now Ontario Awards are co-presented by the Registered Nurses’ Association of Ontario (RNAO) and the Registered Practical Nurses’ Association of Ontario (WeRPN). These awards will be presented in a virtual ceremony during National Nursing Week (May 11-May 17, 2026).
