Women in Canada’s nonprofit sector are doing extraordinary work, often without the recognition or resources to sustain it. The Women’s Nonprofit Network and YMCA WorkWell have launched a national survey on women’s wellbeing at work. The insights will help inform a sector-wide Action Toolkit, designed to provide organizations and funders with practical, evidence-based guidance to better support the women who power this sector.
