The AFP Greater Vancouver Chapter announced that nominations are now being accepted for the 2026 Giving Hearts Awards. Nominate an incredible changemaker, family, or organization that generously gives their time, leadership, or financial support to benefit their community. The Giving Hearts Awards Ceremony and National Philanthropy Day, generously presented by RBC, will be held on Friday, November 13th, 2026, from 2-6pm at the River Rock Resort.
Nominating Details:
- Please note that organizations are welcome to submit multiple nominations, but only one nomination per category is permitted.
- Individuals and organizations that have previously received a Giving Hearts Award cannot be re-nominated for the same category.
- Past recipients can be nominated for a different category if they meet the necessary criteria.
- Nonprofits are encouraged to collaborate and submit co-nominations to honour deserving philanthropists.
- Nomination deadline is Monday, August 31st, 2026 at 5pm. Nominations received after this date will not be considered.
