Blumbergs Professional Corporation has released their 2024 Blumbergs ONCA Suitcase. The Ontario Not-for-profit Corporations Act, 2010 (ONCA) came into force on October 19, 2021. In 2013, Blumbergs Professional Corporation launched the first ONCA Suitcase, in which they consolidated available ONCA-related information into one PDF document, which was updated in November 2021.

Blumbergs Professional Corporation has further updated the ONCA Suitcase to assist nonprofits in Ontario in finding information on ONCA. Information on ONCA is spread across numerous Ontario government websites, and often, the links from the Ontario government to important resources are not up-to-date. The main advantage of having this information in one document is that you can see numerous different items (legislation, regulations, forms, handbook, notices, articles, etc.) in one place, and you can also search for words or phrases throughout the document.
