We’ll be providing a complimentary executive coaching offering to a registered charitable organization.
As trusted advisors and a source of talent management services to many of Canada’s leading corporations, we believe the true value of an organization begins with people. We’re honoured to give back by providing one (1) six-month coaching program to an executive-level employee of a registered charity.
The program will be customized to an executive’s development needs, which may include scenarios such as:
- Leadership development for a newly promoted leader
- A technical expert transitioning to a more people-focused role
- An incoming leader taking on a role in a new organization
- A senior executive requiring a confidential thought partner

We will be selecting one organization that shares our values and supports coaching as a positive development initiative. All submissions will be held and evaluated in strict confidence.
