Generation published a new report, AI at Work: A Global Entry-Level Perspective. The study surveyed 5,549 of Generation’s alumni who graduated in the past two years (2023 and 2024) to gain their perspective on AI in the workplace. These workers, about evenly split between men and women, span 17 countries and are employed in 40 professions spanning healthcare, customer service, tech, green jobs, and skilled trades.

According to the study, AI adoption is widespread, with 65% of respondents using AI – with 79% of those individuals using AI at least once a week and 37% leveraging AI daily.  The report notes that AI is supporting workers to increase their productivity, with 94% of AI users noting that AI has improved their ability to conduct their job. Respondents also noted that their job enjoyment levels increased as a result (91%).
