The Conference Board of Canada, in partnership with the Future Skills Centre, published the Work Reimagined: Roles, Skills, and Workforce Development in the Age of AI Report. As part of the study, The Conference Board of Canada surveyed 1,000 organizational decision-makers working in human resources, information technology, or artificial intelligence roles in small, medium, and large business across Canada.
The study sought to determine the extent to which organizations have adopted AI, how organizations are responding to AI adoption, the AI approaches employed across the sector, the necessary skills needed for the contemporary workforce, and the key to unlocking AI’s potential. According to The Conference Board of Canada, the research examines the expanding transformational impact of AI on Canada’s labour market and delves into the workforce adaptation strategies that employees can advance to address this technological disruption.
