The Ottawa Community Foundation launched a new multi-year Community Sector Leadership grants stream. The stream is a five-year flexible funding opportunity that will provide operational support for critical organizations and collectives across Ottawa.
Funding will be available to applicants that are one or both of the following types of ‘community sector infrastructure’:
- Collectives that represent a sector and that provide services, advocacy, coordination, or other benefits to that sector.
- Individual organizations that represent and/or provide services, advocacy, coordination, or other benefits to a sector.
Applicants can request between $50,000 and $100,000 per year. Successful applicants will receive a five-year funding commitment (2026-2030). The funding will be provided as general operating support, and as such is not tied to specific projects or initiatives.
Letter of Intent application deadline: February 17, 2026, at 12:00pm (noon).
