Rebecca Harrison – Executive Director of Wellspring Chinguacousy

Rebecca Harrison is a nonprofit leader celebrated for transforming financial, operational, and cultural systems with both precision and heart. As Executive Director of Wellspring Chinguacousy she has revolutionized the organization’s financial infrastructure, introducing a modern finance tech stack, redesigning accounting structures to support diversified revenue and strategic forecasting, and embedding transparency and trust across every level of the organization. These changes have strengthened the organization’s foundation for growth, helping Wellspring expand its reach and deepen its impact for individuals and families facing cancer.

At Unity Charity, where she served as Executive Director during and after the pandemic, Rebecca navigated the organization through complex financial and structural transitions with empathy and clarity. She deepened her own financial expertise during her tenure in the role and, in turn, empowered her team to build confidence and literacy in nonprofit finance. Through rebuilding the organization’s financial processes, approach, and team, she helped transform Unity’s relationship to money, from something stressful and opaque into a shared language of sustainability, accountability, and care.

Known for her clarity, collaboration, and strategic insight, Rebecca brings both head and heart to her work–building systems that sustain impact, and communities that thrive because of it. Outside of work, Rebecca is a volunteer, musician, nature lover, and proud auntie–her favorite title of all!
