Last month, CCVO shared the new formats for their upcoming Executive Directions programs. Both of their nonprofit leadership development programs will now follow the same model, consisting of 50 hours over 8 weeks, meeting biweekly. The programs are unique in that they focus on the practical application of learning and cohort support to integrate lessons into participants’ daily work. Each cohort of 8 -10 people learns together online through the duration of the program, creating an environment that fosters trust, openness, and strong, lasting relationships.

Executive Directions Summit, for executive directors & CEOs, will launch in January 2021 and Executive Directions Ascent, for managers and directors, will launch in March 2021. Learn more about each program below, or visit their website for more information.
