Alain brings more than 20 years of leadership experience across both the non-profit and private sectors. Prior to joining the CAMH Foundation, he held senior roles with organizations including Lumenus Community Services, Surrey Place, March of Dimes Canada, Corus Entertainment, Ernst & Young, and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Throughout his career, Alain has been recognized for building high-performing teams, strengthening organizational infrastructure, and advancing mission-driven initiatives that create measurable community impact.

Drawing on his lived experience as an immigrant to Canada, a foreign-trained professional, and a member of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community, Alain has championed and launched innovative, award-winning programs and events that expand access and opportunity for marginalized communities across Canada.

Alain is also an active community leader and has served as Treasurer and Board Member for several organizations, including COTA, Sherbourne Health Centre, and Dancing Classrooms Canada.

He is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CGA), a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA), and holds a Master of Management, Innovation and Entrepreneurship (MMIE) from the Smith School of Business at Queen’s University.

Tina is also an innovator with a number of ‘firsts’ in Canada including the creation of the Grant Gauge™, Canada’s first unbiased granting software for governments and foundations. Tina is a member of Women in AI Canada; Women Defining AI; Women in AI Ethics; The AI Collective and the Ottawa Responsible AI Hub.

Recognized for her professionalism, vendor-neutral recommendations, and ability to deliver on promises, Dianne has led multi-million-dollar transformation projects, implemented multilingual collaborative infrastructures, and developed stakeholder-informed decision-making courses approved by government ministries. Her expertise spans optimizing workloads, fostering inter-agency collaboration, and aligning technology with organizational goals.

A trusted advisor to government entities, nonprofits, and large enterprises, Dianne has served as an Agile Leadership Advisor for large Canadian social agencies, contributed to research on digital adoption for women-led small businesses, and been quoted in national studies. Her programs are eligible for government assistance and integrate business software solutions tailored to client needs.

In addition to her consulting work, Dianne is a former college professor, guest lecturer, and sought-after speaker at high-profile conferences. She is also the author of Nonprofit Rescue: Strategies & Tactics (June 2025) and Business Rescue (April 2025), providing practical guidance for leaders navigating digital and organizational change.
