Christopher (Chris) Holz is a seasoned public affairs executive with over 20 years of experience working with government decision makers and clients. Providing counsel at all three levels of government, he has served corporate clients, citizens groups, charities and non-profits, in several policy areas including financial services, energy and utilities, real estate and infrastructure development, gaming, film and television, health care, municipal government, environment, among others.

Jesse Clarke
Founder, JN Clarke Consulting
Jesse Clarke is a government funding expert on a mission to transform Canadian charities’ and nonprofits’ relationship with government. Jesse brings over 20 years of experience in government and nonprofit leadership, including senior roles leading government relations and government funding strategies for several Canadian organizations. She spent the first 10 years of her career as a federal civil servant before joining the non-profit sector in 2010. Jesse has raised more than $100 million in government grants during her career, working for organizations including Right To Play, Pathways to Education and Save the Children.

Andrew Chunilall
CEO, Community Foundations of Canada
Andrew Chunilall joined Community Foundations Canada in 2013 and became CEO in 2017, following a six-year tenure as Vice-President of Finance for the London Community Foundation and his long-standing service as a finance and regulatory expert for Canada’s philanthropic milieu.

Aline Nizigama
CEO, YWCA Canada
Aline Nizigama is the National CEO at YWCA Canada, the country’s oldest and largest organization working to advance gender equity in the country. For more than 150 years, YWCA Canada has been at the forefront of a movement to build affordable housing, provide quality childcare, advocate for workplace equity, empower youth leadership, and eliminate gender-based violence, including by responding to gendered online hate and technology-facilitated violence.

Paul Farran
Director of Policy and Advocacy, Cooperation Canada
Paul joined Cooperation Canada with 18 years of experience working with the United Nations and other internationally focused organizations. He has worked in crisis, conflict, and development contexts, including Vietnam and Zimbabwe, where he served as Head of the UN Resident Coordinator’s Office, as well as under other functions at UN Headquarters and in the Comoros, Afghanistan and Rwanda.
