Researchers from Toronto Metropolitan University invite nonprofit professionals to participate in the following questionnaire: Evaluating the Effectiveness of Training for Non-Profit Service Providers. By definition, nonprofit service providers are workers within nonprofit organizations who carry out the organization’s main purpose — supporting vulnerable populations (ex. children, minorities, immigrants). This study aims to understand how effective the training provided to nonprofit workers is in helping them handle the emotional and physical challenges that come with their work.

Up to 150 participants are invited to complete a survey designed to gather insights on their experiences with training and their effects on job-related well-being. For further information or to participate, click here.
