The 2026 artsvest Regional Program aims to build capacity in the area of sponsorship for small and mid-sized arts, culture, and heritage organizations. The 2026 program will welcome 20 arts, culture, and heritage organizations from across British Columbia.
artsvest Regional in BC can help to grow your organization’s sponsorship capacity, provide personalized mentorship and in-depth training across a wide variety of skills and topics. Combined with up to $3,750 matching fund incentives for new private sector partnerships, the regional program equips organizations with tools to attract and retain corporate partners, enabling them to grow and thrive.
Eligibility:
Applying organizations must:
- be an incorporated, not-for-profit organization, society and/or registered charitable organization operating in British Columbia.
- provide publicly accessible arts, culture or heritage programming, products or services
- be committed to expanding their capacity through training, peer networking, and mentorship opportunities
Additionally, organizations must meet at least two out of the three criteria listed below:
- have an annual operating budget under $1.5 million
- have five or fewer full-time employees
- have a mandate or programming focus that serves rural, under-resourced, and/or equity-deserving communities
Priority will be given to organizations that are:
- IBPOC-led
- IBPOC-serving
- based in rural and remote communities (population under 30,000)
