Building Organizational Sector Sustainability (BOSS) is British Columbia’s largest not-for-profit conference. This event is a space for dialogue, collaboration, and the development of game-changing tactics to strengthen our province through partnerships and investments with the not-for-profit sector. 

Since 2015, not-for-profit leaders have attended our annual BOSS conference to connect with their peers and discuss challenges and opportunities facing our communities. COVID has turned our world upside down and exposed new vulnerabilities. We need creativity and collaboration more than ever.

Call for session proposals

For 2021, BOSS will focus on reimagining how we will rebalance BC’s economy. We will focus on themes of collaboration, equity, and transformation as catalysts which will amplify the full potential of not-for-profit leadership.
