In response to the COVID-19 emergency, the federal and provincial governments are offering financial supports to address the impacts on the economy. BC’s not-for-profit sector employs 86,000 workers. To continue providing services and retain their staff, a vast number of not-for-profits are in urgent need to access these government financial supports.

Vantage Point is seeking Information Navigators who will be matched with BC not-for-profits to provide 1:1 virtual support to understand which resources are applicable for their unique situation. Information Navigators will support not-for-profit organizations to assess eligibility and navigate the application process. Each information navigator will be matched with 1 to 5 organizations.

Vantage Point will train Information Navigators so that they are familiar with the relevant government supports and can work confidently with Vantage Point materials in this area to support BC not-for-profit leaders. They will convene a group of advisors to support Information Navigators with additional interpretation and guidance on applicable resources.
