As the Former Executive Director and President of PayPal Giving Fund Canada, she worked to increase funds raised online for Canadian charities by partnering with tech companies (such as PayPal, Meta, GoFundMe, Twitch, and others) to integrate giving opportunities into their platforms and make giving part of everyday life. Wen-Chih has over 20 years’ experience in the charitable space that ranges from implementing grassroots community projects as a Peace Corps Volunteer, to developing and refining fundraising, partnership and community investment strategies for nonprofits, multinational corporations and large grantmaking foundations. She recently joined the rest of her family in becoming a Canadian citizen, and loves to eat yummy food and spend time with her partner and two sons.

Before joining Environics Analytics, Allen led marketing and diverse fundraising portfolios at several prominent organizations, including Sinai Health Foundation, Habitat for Humanity GTA, the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation (Ontario Region), St. John’s Rehab Hospital Foundation at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre, and North York General Hospital Foundation.

Allen is an active contributor to a few sectors, serving on the Canadian Marketing Association’s Not‑for‑Profit Council, the Travel and Tourism Research Association (TTRA) board, and Seneca College’s Marketing Advisory Council (PAC).

He holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Liverpool, a Bachelor of Commerce from Toronto Metropolitan University (formerly Ryerson University), a Creative Advertising diploma from Centennial College, and the Chartered Marketer designation from the Canadian Marketing Association.

Kelly is a connector, acting as the bridge between the community and the hospital to facilitate donor investment while also stewarding the Foundation team in its mission to grow financial support for Sunnybrook.

Since joining Sunnybrook Foundation in October 2020, Kelly has substantially grown the performance of the Foundation’s annual operations, raising revenue from $52 million in 2021 to $143 million in 2026. She is preparing to launch Sunnybrook’s You’re The Reason Campaign in June 2026, with more than $500 million already raised toward the $1 billion goal, and has recruited a Campaign Cabinet of close to 40 community leaders. Kelly successfully leads a team of more than 100 staff and has championed a greater collaboration within the Foundation, across the Hospital and with volunteers.

Kelly has an extensive background in academia and health-care fundraising and is recognized for her transformational leadership and success in developing strong collaborative teams. As Vice-President, University Advancement at Western University, she played a lead role in the “Be Extraordinary” campaign, which exceeded its goal. Prior to Western University, Kelly was the President and CEO of West Park Healthcare Centre Foundation in Toronto.

Kelly holds a Master of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University and a Bachelor of Mathematics from the University of Waterloo.

Alain brings more than 20 years of leadership experience across both the non-profit and private sectors. Prior to joining the CAMH Foundation, he held senior roles with organizations including Lumenus Community Services, Surrey Place, March of Dimes Canada, Corus Entertainment, Ernst & Young, and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Throughout his career, Alain has been recognized for building high-performing teams, strengthening organizational infrastructure, and advancing mission-driven initiatives that create measurable community impact. 

Drawing on his lived experience as an immigrant to Canada, a foreign-trained professional, and a member of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community, Alain has championed and launched innovative, award-winning programs and events that expand access and opportunity for marginalized communities across Canada. 

Alain is also an active community leader and has served as Treasurer and Board Member for several organizations, including COTA, Sherbourne Health Centre, and Dancing Classrooms Canada. 

He is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CGA), a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA), and holds a Master of Management, Innovation and Entrepreneurship (MMIE) from the Smith School of Business at Queen’s University.
